From the Author
I decided to write this e book to give people information about natural remedies as an alternative to over the counter or prescribed drugs from the doctor. I have also included some foods, which are very high in nutrients, or ‘super foods’, so you can include these in your diet to boost the nutritional value of your food intake. I have covered Bach Flower Remedies and Dr Schuessler's Bio-chemic tissue salts in two of my other e books. They are both wonderful groups of remedies, which are totally safe to use, for people, children, babies, animals and plants.
